The Norfolk & Norwich Association for The Blind
The NNAB has a wonderful team of some 220 volunteers, providing visiting services, advice and support in the community. Our volunteers are a crucial mainstay of our help in the community. Our offices in West Norfolk, Norwich and Great Yarmouth offer a wide range of equipment, services, activities and support across the county
We could not offer all of this without the support of our many fantastic volunteers who assist us in bringing our services, activities and support into communities all across Norfolk.
There are so many ways you can help:
- Sports and leisure activities
- Eye clinic information advisors
- Equipment and information centres
- Escorting and guiding
- Special events
Volunteering is a great way of gaining confidence, new skills, of meeting people and of taking part in the local community.
If you would like to discuss the opportunities we have at the NNAB, please contact the Volunteer Engagement Co-ordinators:

We will train you and give you all the support you require to make volunteering with us a mutually happy and successful experience.
