A chilly day for the Great Yarmouth group walking along Lowestoft Promenade!
At the moment we hold the following sports activites within the County:-
- Swimming
- Sailing
- Tandem Cycling
- Walks – both long and short
- Tenpin Bowling
- Golf
- Short Mat Bowls
- Horse Riding

Latest Events:
Southrepps was the destination for the April North Norfolk Group Walk. The walk took in the boardwalk through Southrepps Common Nature Reserve and along the country lanes and footpaths in this pretty village.

The Norwich Long Walk Group had to contend with particularly wet and windy weather during their April walk at Shotesham. The wet and muddy conditions were particularly enjoyed by the guide dogs!

The Breckland Group managed to avoid the rain and enjoyed a 3 mile walk around the village of Thompson in May.

Happily, sunshine greeted the Norwich Long Walk Group for their 6 mile walk at Mannington Hall in May.

Mhairi Claxton and Louise Bunting awarded Best Archer and Best Curler at the Olympics Day on July 10th!
Congratulations to Mhairi Claxton (Archery) and Louise Bunting (Curling) who won their awards for the most consistent play in their respective sports. 22 Clients attended for a full and fun day of Archery and Curling. Everyone who attended received a team member award. Well done to you all and Thank you Volunteers for your help from all of us here at the NNAB.
Archery:
Archery has started at the Bradbury Activity Centre, 11am with instructor Andy Beer. sessions to take place on the following dates: 23rd July -11th September.
The cost will be £2 per session, to include refreshments.
