The Norfolk & Norwich Association for The Blind
Help the NNAB and the environment by recycling your:-
- Old mobile handsets, old chargers
- Ink cartridges
- Stamps (everyday postage ones, foreign or old ones)
- Old or foreign coins
- CDs, DVDs, Games & Gadgets (tablets, kindles, etc)
By donating any of the above; you can help the NNAB to raise money to improve our services to the people in Norfolk.
You can either send them in to us, call us to pick them up or we have special envelopes for the Mobile phones and ink cartridges in our main NNAB reception area at Magpie Road and our Bradbury Activity Centre reception, in Beckham Place at the back of Anglia Square. So please just help yourself to a few. We also have a large recycle box in the Bradbury Activity Centre where you can deposit them.
Every cartridge or phone that you send in the envelopes will automatically be recycled and the money will be donated back to the NNAB. All the others, we sort in the office and send them in bulk.
With the stamps and old or foreign Coins that you wish to donate, please take them to any of our equipment centres around Norfolk, charity shop on Magdalen Street in Norwich, or to our main office on Magpie Road in Norwich. These are an excellent way to raise funds for the NNAB and recycling these items has already raised over £1,000 in the last couple of years, so collecting and donating them to the NNAB really can make a difference.
Thank you for your support!
